Ferenc Pataki

Pointillist Landscapes

With his creations, he separates as a unique representative of naïve art whose works breathe pointillistic – a complex method of painting in which the colours are applied in small dots, creating a perfect harmony on canvas. His landscapes that are created with little dots of colour bring unreal, almost abstract nature that, in which, dominate gentle colours. Through this technique, Pataki created paintings that are not only visual but emotional, offering peace and harmony. Nature on his canvas becomes quiet and ethereal, losing the borders between reality and imagination, calling upon the observer to dive into a soft game of light and colour.
